For many years, I worked in complex projects where different teams, systems, and expectations needed to align around a shared outcome.
What stayed with me was how even very capable teams can struggle, despite good intentions and hard work. Often, the toughest problems emerged in the space in between, where assumptions drifted apart, ownership became unclear, and things quietly stopped converging.
Inside Complexity is where I explore how people and organisations can better understand and navigate complexity.
